A dominant ego-self of a personal little me racing to complete itself in a world of form and phenomena continually overshadows the simple, innocent conscious awareness of being. Unconsciously we are unaware of the ego’s interjection giving attention to false ideas and beliefs. This movement covers our true nature simply from the automatic volume of the ego’s claiming authority over attention. The certainty of being is hijacked and protected by the ego’s manipulation of our state of awareness and peace.
Whatever we give attention to, we give reality. Choose your state of being. This day I choose to spend in perfect peace. Become aware of what is not peace, not the stillness of awareness. You can’t see what you are because you are looking from it. You can only experience what you are without what you are not. You can’t unequivocally look for what you are because you are already; it’s from a false perspective if you are looking for it. ‘You can’t use the Buddha to seek the Buddha.’ Seeking the Buddha is already a denial of your Buddhahood.
‘Every action is in the direction and an extension of love, the unity of Oneness. The peace or stillness of awareness is already here and present; the rest, if arising, is an activity, the force of evolution defining material steps of progress. To complete itself, the separate self will always feel to do so, attempt and fail; separation is the driver of finding completion in a world of parts. ‘You can never get enough of what you don’t need.’ See what you are not. Self-Inquiry accomplishes any thoughts that arise are in alignment with my true nature. If it doesn’t, let it go and forgive it. Accept and surrender to the infinity from whence it came. No elaboration is necessary after letting go; if there is, the ego is trying to find something not there. The last breath of the limited ego will be in service to spiritual consciousness.
